1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tarot Chats, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Tarot Chats provides personalized tarot readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Our mystical readers generate interpretations based on traditional tarot wisdom and your questions.

Important: Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not replace professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Tarot Chats, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Privacy & Data

We use your account information to authenticate your account, provide the service, and remember your preferences. We do not sell account information or provide it for an advertising partner's independent marketing. We may use hashed email addresses and similar identifiers with advertising partners such as Meta for our own campaign analysis, measurement, and audience matching, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5a. Membership, Credits & Billing

Paid members receive a credit allowance each month, in an amount we set and may update from time to time. Monthly members receive their allowance every month on their billing cycle. Annual members are billed once a year but receive that same monthly rhythm of credits, delivered in installments across the year rather than as a single lump sum. Credits do not roll over from one month to the next.

Separately, one-time credit packs may be purchased outside of a membership; these credits expire one year from the date of purchase.

We also offer Instant Access: a one-time purchase, not a subscription, that grants a credit allowance along with a fixed period of Member-level access to the service. The length of that period is shown at checkout before you buy, and the credits remain yours after it ends. It does not renew automatically.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share or republish readings without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tarot Chats, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarot Chats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Communications

By using our service, you consent to receive communications from us including service updates and notifications. If you opt-in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time through your Settings page.

11. Third-Party Services

Our service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Google Analytics (usage tracking), and advertising partners such as Meta (audience matching and campaign measurement). These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
